Peter joined Cowden in June 2018 as an analyst for the health and benefits practice. His primary responsibilities include analyzing client financial data, researching benefits compliance issues, and developing effective employee communications.
Proficient with using the latest technology to project future claim and administrative expenses based on trends, claims experience, and mathematical models, Peter created an Excel model as part of a Cowden health and benefits team tasked with facilitating claims measurement, on the spot delivery of relevant summaries, and ready calculation of costs at renewal. His model enables Cowden consultants to efficiently provide clients with the impact of multiple scenarios and multiple options, supporting informed, timely plan evaluation and decisions.

He holds a Pennsylvania Life Accident and Health license as well as earning his Pennsylvania Resident Producer License. Peter has passed two of the Society of Actuaries (SOA) actuarial exams, the Probability and Financial Mathematics exams, and is continuing his pursuit of becoming an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA).
