While certain employers must file Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO-1) Reports with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) by March 31 each year, the portal opening for submission of 2022 EEO-1 Reports has been postponed until Oct. 31, 2023, and the deadline for completing these submission is Dec. 5, 2023.
