Chris joined Cowden in February 2022 as an analyst for the employee benefits practice. As an analyst, he is responsible for assisting a wide variety of Cowden’s health and benefits clients to manage their health and welfare plans. Chris works closely with senior analysts and consultants by requesting and analyzing data from various vendors, researching compliance issues, evaluating benefit plans and programs, and preparing findings to share with clients.
Chris is adept at analyzing client financial data, researching benefits compliance issues, and database management. He has experience directing employee benefits national multi-state enrollments and delivering renewal presentations for C-Suite. Chris is also familiar with managing substantial books of business that have been worth $1,000,000 and over $5,000,000 in annual premium.
Chris studied business management at Duquesne University and he holds a Pennsylvania Life Accident and Health license. He also developed leadership skills while serving in the U.S. Army.
