GLOBACS joins together EURACS (European Actuarial and Consulting Services), NORACS (North American Actuarial and Consulting Services) and APACS (Asia Pacific Actuarial Services), bringing clients a global network of expertise in local markets.
Pittsburgh Business Group on Health (PBGH)
Our affiliation with the PBGH allows us to be part of an organization that is focused on improving the health care industry. Cowden is an Associate Member of the Pittsburgh Business Group on Health (PBGH). The (PBGH) is an employer-led, non-profit coalition of organizations representing various business segments including private and public employers, government and education. Representing over 90 organizations, PBGH offers: Group-purchasing, leveraging the collective power of employers; employee engagement programs, supporting employers’ health and wellness efforts, networking, benchmarking and education opportunities and healthcare and benefit analyses; and other industry information.
Healthcare Council of Western Pennsylvania (HCWP)
Cowden is the Corporate Platinum Sponsor of the Healthcare Council of Western Pennsylvania (HCWP), provide strategic insight to the Council. The HCWP is a regional trade association representing a continuum of healthcare providers including hospitals, long-term care facilities, long-term acute care providers, and specialty hospitals in a 30-county area. The HCWP serves as a neutral convening authority for providers across the region, and members work collaboratively to address common issues and concerns as well as share best practices.
